Updated: Nov 6, 2020

In the United States, the counting of ballots in the hanging states continues. And while Donald Trump lashes out against the vote by mail, hundreds of people take to the streets to protest against or for the president. Portland "riot" declared, 20 arrests in New York. In Detroit, protesters attempt to enter a vote-counting office

The ongoing clash between the two White House candidates, Donald Trump and Joe Biden, also moves to the streets of America. While the incumbent president threatens an appeal to the Supreme Court and has repeatedly asked to stop counting the ballot papers that allowed the Dem to be overtaken, in Portland, Seattle, Boston, New York, Michigan, Arizona and in other parts of the country people took to the streets. Who to support the requests of the tycoon who spoke of a "vote scam", who instead to condemn his words from which we understand that he has no intention of accepting the electoral result. Hundreds of arrests, especially among anti-Trump factions.

Oregon - The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office, Oregon, declared the "riot" in Portland after demonstrators supporting Joe Biden took to the streets to demand that all presidential votes be counted. Hundreds of people demonstrated in Portland, as well as Seattle, against President Donald Trump's attempt to block the counting operations in some key states.

The Sheriff's Office's decision came after demonstrators smashed shop windows, while Governor Kate Brown deployed the National Guard in support of local law enforcement.

They will then be able to use tear gas to disperse the protests. Mayor Ted Wheeler, also police commissioner, had banned its use by city officials for fear of an excess of aggression in response to demonstrations.

Michigan - In Detroit, Michigan, Trump supporters have taken to the streets. Dozens headed to a vote-counting center shouting “Stop the count”. The protests began shortly before the Associated Press claimed that Biden had won the presidential race in the state, which went to the Republicans in the previous election. The video shot by local reporters showed dozens of people gathered outside the Detroit TCF Center and inside the concourse, with cops lined up to prevent them from entering the counting area.

Arizona - Similar situation in Arizona, where pro-Trump protesters attempted to raid a vote-counting office. In the southern state, tycoon supporters are protesting armed with rifles and pistols shouting "stop the theft".

According to Skynews reports, at least 300 people, some of them armed, gathered outside the election department in Phoenix to challenge Joe Biden's advantage following Trump's fraud allegations.
